3 Tips for Resilience in a Pandemic

"You can do anything once you commit to it."

Happy Warrior

Happy Warrior,

Resilience is the power and ability to recover from difficult life experiences. How are you maintaining your resilience during this unique time?

Use nature as a guide: the plants, the trees, the animals... they all weather the storms of life and then they keep going. You have a choice. You can either bend or break.

3 Tips for Resilience:

  1. Operate from calm reasonable caution instead of frantic irrational fear.

  2. Coach yourself by asking, "am I operating from calm caution or frantic fear?"

  3. If you're operating from fear, "what's one thing I can do to take my power back?"

At the end of the day the majority of people will find themselves on the other side of this, and so will you. Love wins, always.
